Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms for accessing and using the Buy&Rent service. By accessing the service, you unconditionally accept these ToS.

Buy&Rent is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for rental investment decision support in France. The service allows analyzing property profitability, comparing tax regimes and simulating investment scenarios. Buy&Rent does not conduct real estate transactions and does not replace professional advice.

Access to the service requires an internet connection and a compatible web browser. The publisher strives to ensure service availability 24/7 but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur.

Use of certain features requires creating an account. The user commits to providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any use of the account is presumed to be by the account holder.

The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable laws. It is prohibited to:

• Attempt to fraudulently access the service or other users' data
• Disrupt the service operation
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Copy or reproduce the service without authorization

All elements of the service (software, interfaces, texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of the publisher. The user only has a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.

Analyses provided by Buy&Rent are estimates based on user-provided data and public sources. The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy of results and shall not be held liable for investment decisions made based on these analyses. Users are advised to consult professionals (notary, tax advisor, real estate agent) before any investment.

The publisher reserves the right to modify these ToS. Users will be informed of changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Alès.
