Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms for accessing and using the Buy&Rent service. By accessing the service, you unconditionally accept these ToS.

Buy&Rent is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for rental investment decision support in France. The service allows analyzing property profitability, comparing tax regimes and simulating investment scenarios. Buy&Rent does not conduct real estate transactions and does not replace professional advice.

Buy&Rent is a decision-support and simulation tool intended for personal and informational use.

The publisher does not carry out the activity of financial investment adviser (CIF) within the meaning of Article L.541-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, nor that of real-estate agent or real-estate adviser within the meaning of French Act No. 70-9 of 2 January 1970 (the "Hoguet Act").

The results, scores, projections and indicators displayed are produced from parameters entered by the user and describe the situation of a generic sample profile for illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute a personalised recommendation, an investment solicitation, an assessment of the suitability of an investment, nor legal, tax or wealth-management advice tailored to the user's individual situation.

The user is solely responsible for interpreting the results and for any decision taken on their basis.

Prior to any investment, the user is invited to consult an authorised professional (notary, lawyer, chartered accountant, financial investment adviser, real-estate agent).

Access to the service requires an internet connection and a compatible web browser. The publisher strives to ensure service availability 24/7 but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur.

Use of certain features requires creating an account. The user must be at least 18 years old to register. The user commits to providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any use of the account is presumed to be by the account holder.

The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable laws. It is prohibited to:

• Attempt to fraudulently access the service or other users' data
• Disrupt the service operation
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Copy or reproduce the service without authorization

All elements of the service (software, interfaces, texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of the publisher. The user only has a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.

Analyses provided by Buy&Rent are estimates based on user-provided data and public sources. The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy of results and shall not be held liable for investment decisions made based on these analyses. Users are advised to consult professionals (notary, tax advisor, real estate agent) before any investment.

The publisher reserves the right to modify these ToS. Users will be informed of changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.

The publisher shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from a force majeure event as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including natural disasters, pandemics, network failures, cyberattacks or government decisions.

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Alès.
