Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (ToSa) govern contractual relations between Buy&Rent, publisher of the Buy&Rent service, and any customer subscribing to a paid offer.

Buy&Rent offers various subscription plans providing access to rental investment analysis features. Offer details and prices are presented on the website. The publisher reserves the right to modify offers and prices at any time.

Prices are in euros including VAT. Payment is made using the methods offered on the site (credit card). The subscription is payable in advance according to the chosen period (monthly or annual).

The subscription is for the chosen duration. Unless cancelled, the subscription is automatically renewed. The customer can cancel at any time from their personal space, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current period.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties. To exercise this right, the customer may use the dedicated button in their personal space ('My subscription' section). The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method used for the subscription. If the customer expressly requested immediate execution of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, the refund amount will be reduced proportionally to the days of use.

The customer agrees to use the service in accordance with the ToS and applicable legislation. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Terms of Service

The publisher commits to providing the service diligently. The publisher's obligation is an obligation of means. The publisher commits to implementing all reasonable means to ensure service availability and security.

The publisher's liability is limited to amounts paid by the customer in the last 12 months. The publisher shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit or commercial damage.

The publisher may terminate the subscription in case of serious breach by the customer, after formal notice remaining without effect for 15 days. The customer may cancel at any time without justification.

In case of dispute, the customer may use free mediation services. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

These ToSa are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be under the jurisdiction of Alès courts.
