• Subscriptions and associated credits taken out during the pre-launch period
• Commercial guarantees and benefits granted to early users (early-access pricing, promised discounts, offered features)
• Technical subcontracting contracts required to provide the service (hosting, payment, authentication)

The exhaustive list of acts taken over will be annexed to the articles of association upon registration.
